The Salvation Army of Pope County

Service Extension brings Salvation Army basic needs programs to areas without a local Worship and Service Center. Local service units are supervised by a field representative and strengthened by community members who volunteer their time. Funding comes from our kettle campaign, individual donors, corporations, community groups, and United Way - all who want to ensure there is help available when a crisis occurs.

As a leader in faith-based human services, The Salvation Army intervenes in times of crisis to stabilize and transform lives. Our six areas of service include meeting basic needs, housing, counseling, rehabilitation, disaster relief, and youth development. The Northern Division serves anyone in need in Minnesota and North Dakota.
